“Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing...

“Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...

“Spotlessly clean room with adequate clothes storage and a nice clean shower room with fluffy towels. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low and pillows rather small which would have made the stay more comfortable. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. ”

“Non è concepibile che in un Hotel 4 stelle non ci sia un armadio per appendere gli abiti lunghi, solo un piccolo cubo dove non era possibile appendere neppure una giacca. Stanza piccola invasa da ben 8 cuscini che facevano scena senza una reale utilità.”
