“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”

“Struttura che per il prezzo pagato e la posizione a Londra non meriterebbe nemmeno una stella. Camera per 3 persone che non raggiunge il livello di accettabile. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti, causa perdita di una coincidenza, a soggiornare una notte a Londra, con altre strutture piu comode e migliori tutte "full". Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del personale e la colazione piuttosto varia ad un prezzo accettabile. Sucuramente da non consigliare dove non intendiamo assolutamente tornare.”

“So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and...

“Reception service is great - congratulations! Really great people, friendly, helping - I liked it really very much! The rest is… well: forvthat price a mediocre breakfast nearby at Befeater, the burger there in the evening was disgusting. ”

“I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness”
