“This property is amazing all the way around. If I could give more stars I would. Everyone of the ones at checkout were phenomenal. So caring. Our car broke down with us the night before we had to leave. We checked out of our room at 11:00 the following day and they allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we needed to until we had a ride show up. “Ok. Let me start by saying we made a reservation for 2 rooms. We did Not stay. The front desk person (Marcus) was great in helping us with refund and even looking up the phone number to other hotels. Now, why we didn’t stay. My room was quoted at somewhere around $240 total - I was charged $321 once I arrived. The place is undergoing renovations- which should include a bulldozer. “The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with.”

“I liked that check in was quick and easy. I did not like, however, that we had to ask for towels every day and sometimes you would only receive towels that were a tad bigger than hand towels. We weren't in our room very much so it wasn't a huge deal.”

The property was well stocked with towels, coffee/tea, complimentary drinks in your room refrigerator. The property was peaceful to lounge by the pool and swings under the trees facing the ocean.”
