“Great Staff and Service Thank You!!!”

“Another great stay at a Premier Inn. Friendly staff and the great Premier In buffet breakfast worth every penny. Two grumbles- why do all Premier Inns only provide one towel per room? Always have to ask for more and no automatic room service fir multiple day stays. Biggest problem with this hotel is lack of parking- discount available at a NCP but a long walk from hotel and very expensive. Would look for a hotel with on site parking next time even if further from city centre. ”

“We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all”
