The Space:
The Buloke by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful countryside of Wycheproof, just an hour from Bendigo. Our farm stay is located on a 40-acre working family farm away from the highway, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In winter and early summer, farm vehicles like trucks and tractors may be seen as farmers work their paddocks and grain silos. Enjoy a peaceful rural retreat on flat land with beautiful views of Mt Wycheproof and Mt Jeffcott. At night, take advantage of the clear, dark skies for stargazing.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and explore the Native Bush Forest, provided they stay on the designated walking tracks. Feel free to chat with us to learn more about other parts of the farm.

Pre-orders available with 24 hrs notice:

- For an extra fee, we can prepare a home-cooked meal for you.
- You can choose ingredients from our farm or the supermarket and cook under the stars.
- The fridge is stocked with home-cured bacon, fresh eggs, butter, salt, and pepper. Or you’re welcome to join us at the house to bake your own sourdough.

The Neighborhood:
The Buloke by Tiny Away, set in peaceful Wycheproof, invites you to explore scenic trails and abundant birdlife. Nearby, Bendigo, just an hour away, boasts vibrant arts and rich history, while Horsham provides a quiet agricultural hub with both cultural and outdoor activities.

Treat yourself to local favourites—vegetarian pies at Bakery on Broadway, classic fish and chips at Mallee Bunker Café, or fresh kebabs with friendly service at Wycheproof Café Kebabs. Then, explore nearby lakes like Walkers, Watchem, Tchum, and Wooroonook for yabbying, boating, or a relaxing day of fishing.

Getting Around:
By car:

- Access by both 2WD and 4WD
- From Melbourne 3 hours following the Calder highway ( halfway between Melbourne and Mildura)

By public transport:

- Can get to Wycheproof via bus from Bendigo. There is no taxi service, but we can pre organise pickup from the bus stop with our vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season
- Telstra and Optus have good signals, and the rest have no signal
- A cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card for cigarette butts found on the ground
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except outdoors. NOTE: Dispose of cigarettes in ashtray
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
