Hotel a Wynnedale

“The guy working the desk at check-in was nice. However, there was a bug on the curtain in our room when we arrived. We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again.”

“The lady who helped us check in was phenomenal! Super sweet, and when I asked her for help with our air conditioning, we discovered it wasn’t working properly and she immediately offered to upgrade our room. 10/10 customer service from everyone here. ”

I think he was trying to be funny, but it left a creepy vibe with my daughter and I. I would rather have a straightfoward person than someone whose sense of humor is to belittle others. “Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room.
