“I had requested early check in. No worries if it’s not available but to be told “your room will be ready in five minutes” for 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. We could have gone to dinner but instead we had to rush to our event without showers or dinner while we watched so many people check in. For them not to have house cleaning go clean our room was very lacking in customer service. Then when we finally got our room, the maid was still cleaning for another 15 minutes. When we returned...

“In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. “The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. “I booked a room for my son under his name because he was traveling to the area on company business. After working all day and arriving close to midnight, he was informed by the front desk clerk that he could not check in because I had paid for the reservation, despite his name being listed on it.
Given the late hour, he had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel room. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the original reservation.
