“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. “Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. ”
“A very good stay, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and had natural ventilation, the bed was comfortable. The guest house was close to the centre of Sale and was easy to get to the bars and restaurants. We would recommend staying there and if we come back to Sale we would stay here again”
