“We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens.”

“Very clean Hotel. Cherry, the manager made a big difference as she was very friendly and help me with my itinerary providing me valuable information. There is a washer in the fourth floor and some restaurants around the hotel. This is very close to the bus station just one block away and you can actually walk to the east gate to visit the avatar mountains. Recommended place very comfortable and clean. ”

“Primero que nada, está muy bien ubicado frente a la salida de la góndola hacia la montaña Tiananmen. El desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad de alimentos para todas las nacionalidades. Tienen lavadora y secadora sin costo, que es muy útil ya que dependiendo de los días de viaje lo vas a necesitar. Camas muy confortables. Le puse 9 de calificación solo por que la habitación está un poco reducida de tamaño. Valen 100% el coto valor”

“I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!”

“Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). Staff in the laundry room were so kind, I appreciated their help with the washing. There are also snacks in the lobby. “Clean and relatively new hotel rooms in a convenient and quiet area of Wulingyuan. I recommend including the hotel breakfast in your stay if you’re going on a tour since it’s convenient and has both western and Asian options. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and main tourist area.”

“Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter.”
