“The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help.
