“This location is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We experienced blood stain sheets upon our arrival. There were several spiders in the rooms on the floor and windows. Additionally the beds seem old and are very uncomfortable. The biggest highlight were the staff that supported breakfast. “During my 5 days stay, the room was not vacuumed or cleaned (I did receive a clean room to start with) - bed was made and new towels were replaced. Lobby staff were excellent and friendly.”

“This location does not have an elevator. Even though it's just 2 stories they still need an elevator. No breakfast. The courtyard was under construction so no access.we had a balcony,however no chairs were on the balcony. The doors to the rooms slammed unless you held it. It was construction debris in the front of the building. Not a fan of this location. Highly NOT recommended!”

“Was s great place to stay with several places to eat around. Only issue was the noise from the traffic on the highway. It was even loud on the 5th floor. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. I was ok with it. But everyone is different.”

“Check in person was very nice. Water pressure in shower was A+. Room was a little aged, but looks like upgrades are happening (hopefully they change the mattresses). Overall, good staff, good location”
