Hotel vicino a YWCA - Baltimora

“Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!”

“Clunks of hair stuck in sink when I checked in, housekeeping supervisor was very rude because I brought it to her attention. Other than that my stay was ok”

“Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us”

“The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed at the # of people checking in ( at 4:00)- the actual check in time. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were quite plush. The property feels slightly dated but overall just fine!”

“Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience.”

“Hotel smell like cigarettes and drugs. Everything was dirty, peeling, broken, worn down, gross, and very, very cheap (not affordable but faulty). The first room the tv did not work, so they switched me to another room, tv glitched out constantly but I was too tired to move again. The door on the new room had a 2x4 poorly installed behind the door hinges, the door had obviously been kicked down previously. Staff was rude and miserable.
