“Lovely old property and coffee shop. No onsite assistance however. Trouble with getting inside initially, tv, and lack of amenities for the price tag. Bathroom was detached and down the hall from the room.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great experiences. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. It fit the bill. It is right near lots of shopping, so there are a lot of food options.”

“We were in town for softball that weekend. The hotel was nice clean and the rooms were spacious, which is what we need for softball weekends.”

“Property was clean, in a good spot with access to stuff. Pool and gym looked good. Restaurant had great food. I liked that I could tip the room attendant from my phone with a QR code. Only problem I had was the lavatory sink had no hot water and the bathroom had a weird smell. Beyond that I would stay there again no problem.”

“Great central location. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. We chose not to rent a car and rented bicycles instead and the hotel has a key-coded bicycle room which was very nice for us. Great free (real) breakfast with our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.”

“Property was fine! I stayed for work, was quiet. Continental breakfast was okay, not a lot of options, but got my day going. The AC in my room was working its butt off, but the room was humid and musty despite my cooling efforts. Staff was pleasant and helpful all around. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. No room service/housekeeping, which I was informed of at check in, and thank goodness because I was able to anticipate my needs and restock toilet paper as needed.”

“The staff was friendly and the hotel quiet and clean. It didn't have an elevator however, which caught me off guard. I don't need a handicap room, but my knees do not like stairs. Only negative comment/caution.”

“Great central location if you have anything going on in the downtown area. Parking is fairly priced at 20$ a night, staff is efficient and super friendly. And a big plus is you can walk to so many venues and restaurants!! Give Eloura ( Mediterranean restaurant) a try for great cocktails and food, they're just around the corner on Capital square.”

“Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get.”

“Their system was down, so we couldn’t check in initially. But they gave us drinks for the bar downstairs to kill time. Free breakfast was decent. Good location. Definitely best for younger guests as there’s quite a live music and bar scene.”

“One of the main reasons I reserved a room here is because of the pool. When the pool is closed it should be noted before you make a reservation. The grandkids were not happy, also the bathroom needs work.”

“It’s bad when the homeless people congregated outside is the least of my concern. The staff had to obtain an extra $5 fee from me to upgrade to a 2 bedroom because there weren't any one bedrooms left. Got to my room, the latch on the inside of the room was locked and the hotel staff had to cut off the lock to get into the room. I had to ask the staff to switch my room instead of waiting for them to fix it as that was their expectation for me.”

“I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.”
