“Excellent! The hotel is beautiful. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. Their service alone made the stay amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. My room had an open air bath on the balcony which was stunning. So nice to relax in the bath during the evening with a gorgeous view. The private onsen are pure bliss and so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for all travelers!”

“The hotel is in a very good position for starting to travel around the Monter Fuji and Ashi lake. Really near the train station. Hakone is not a good city for fun but it's perfect for relaxing the last days of your travel (2 days max). To see the Monte Fuji is enchanting.”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“I’d like that they have a good view of Fuji mountain and the place is clean and comfy ! Onsen was the best ! Some of the staff are very friendly and some are not .. oh well I don’t ask too much but I enjoyed my stay anyway ”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”
