“The rooms/units are adjacent to the pub which has outdoor speakers mounted along every wall - music going from time checked in till after 10.30p - loud enough that heavy rain & the tv didn’t drown it out ”

“We found the hotel room to be quite dated and not very spacious, especially for the price we paid and compared with other accommodation options in the area. It definitely feels like the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment. However, the hot spring is truly the standout feature. We really enjoyed it — relaxing, well‑maintained, and absolutely the highlight of our stay. Overall, while the hotel facilities could use improvement, the hot spring experience alone makes the visit memorable.”

“Rooms and hotel in general were beautifully clean. Lots of memorabilia though out there hotel. Only downsides was a very hard mattress and not a lot of floor room for bags. Super place to stay,right in the middle of Warnambool and Port Fairy.”

“Villa was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Swim spa was wonderful and relaxing. Upstairs bed was a tad hard but otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.”

“We loved our family weekend in Port Fairy! The house is really nice and clean. Just a short drive away from amazing beaches and town. I would go back for sure. ”

“The park was relly amazing although the cabin we stayed in could use with abit of repair but other then that it was not to bad the pool was amazing an the oark was very quiet defs may stay here again”

“Everything was clean & accomodating staff. I particularly liked the bushy surrounds and access to the beach. For food you'll need to go to Portland and take a container to fill with drinking water for a drink and if you want a cuppa when you arrive. I used the tourist information brochure to plan my sightseeing for the next day. I would go again on my way to or from Adelaide. ”

“Was a nice place to stay. Only could fault a couple things really. 1 day the pool was overloaded with chlorine to the point it stripped my sons osmosis swim shirt from blue to grey and my shirt from brown to orange. And i. The roof of the cabin newds a good c9bweb clean. Oh and luckily we had a lighter as the gas stove lighter had ran out of gas. Other than that was a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. ”
