ApartHotel a Yarra Valley

“A great stay, room was very cosy”

“Good”

“We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. We didn’t notice the noise from the street from our apartment. Check out...

“Staff at reception were great. More than happy for us to leave luggage before and after check in/out. They also had a coffee machine in their lounge area for guests which was a nice little extra. Rooms were decently sized with a sink, microwave, full size fridge and oven so caters for anything. And as a bonus there’s a washer/dryer hidden away. Bathroom was also decently sized. At night when it went quiet you could hear doors shutting down the corridor as people came in/out, but it wasn’t too...

“Just as advertised. Staff was super friendly. Walk to grocery store.”

“Easy to access, good location. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.”

“Pros: - receptionist was great - very fast check in Cons: - For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. - the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment”

“The unit has amenities as listed. Parking, AC, large frig, washing machine - but dryer is in garage. The unit i stayed in and the furnishings in the unit look very tired and worn. Couch has tears, curtains are old and hang crookedly, two internal doors look like they have punch holes in them. There are very few utensils and plates.”

“The room was clean, and the linen and towels fresh and white. Bed was comfortable, but the settee and dining chairs were not. Good range of facilities, but I wouldn't say it is suitable for 4 people”
