Having stayed at a couple others including Lords of the Manor, the positives of this one in comparison are: its easier to get to from London, the grounds are amazing and impeccable, its a truly remote feel among the hills, land and animals of Cotswolds, and the michelin starred Dining Room is probably the best food in the Cotswolds. “We booked a Premium room and we were really happy with it. Large spacious room with four poster style bed, large bathroom with freestanding bath. Classy contemporary decor, good tea/coffee amenities.
We booked dinner outside in the garden, great food. Cooked breakfast was included with the room, cooked to order and piping hot.
Would recommend and return.”
“Lovely spacious room/suite .. Quiet, great car parking & straight out onto lovely footpaths/countrysde ! Easy reach of Tetbury & Cirencester is within reach .. Highly recommend. ”
“Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁”
“This hotel is in a beautiful location - our room was clean and welcoming. It was hot with no AC but there was a fan in the wardrobe.

Ambienti mantenuti magnificamente , personale cortese e disponibile, pulizia ottima, colazione superba, nella miglior tradizione inglese, anche la coppetta di champagne non guasta. "Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
