“Check in process was confusing. Everything in Korean and had hard time finding the hotel. Also a lot of the lights appliances and A/C were having issues. My clothes got stuck in the washer and the door would not open so I had to call for help. For the prices it’s ok for a one night stay.”

“ベランダで海を見ながら食べる一階のベーグルショップのサンドイッチは最高でした！！ 夜は橋もライトアップされ高層ビルもキラキラしていてとても素敵でした！ 非対面のチェックインも時間を気にしなくて良いので気に入りました。 一階にセブンイレブン、徒歩1分の距離にGS25あり、とても便利です！ 冷蔵庫も、とても大きく長期滞在でも安心だと思います！ 洗濯機がFreeで、使える点も良かったです！しかし洗濯と脱水で2時間かかるので時間がない時は気をつけましょう！ 部屋にあるコップに抵抗のある方いますよね？私もそうです。しかしこのホテルは紙コップを置いてくれています！15個ほどでしょうか？気兼ねなく使える点もとても良かったです！ 今回は敷布団の部屋に滞在しました。寝相の悪い子どもとの旅行にはとても適していました！ ひとつだけ難点があるとすれば高層階だったからでしょうか？シャワーの水圧がとても弱かったことが日本人向けでは無いかもしれません、、、 日本人は水圧を非常に気にします笑 お世話になりました！また仁川に滞在する時はお世話になりたいと思います！”
