“I only stayed one night during an overnight layover but they treated me very well. They also helped me with a personal request and I appreciated it so much. The self check-in was so easy and I was able to get a quick and comfortable rest. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe and cared for despite there being no front desk or staff on-site at all times.”

“事前に入室のパスワードが送られてくるためスタッフに会うことはない。ビルのフロア借り上げての運営だが、ホテルの看板がなく場所がわかりにくい。ビル裏のエレベーターに入ってよいものか、最初は戸惑う。 部屋自体はきれいではあるが、非常に狭い。写真がきれいなだけに残念。寝るだけなら十分だが、同じ価格ならもう少しくつろげるホテルをリサーチしたらよかったと感じる。”
