“Photos are far from reality. The apartment was dirty at the check in. we found stains and a lot of hairs in the bedsheets. Unfortunatòy was late night so we decide to stay even if the cleaning confition was not acceptables. The ower said it’s laundrie’s fault not his fault (????) at the end he compesate us with a free brekfast. Igiene is not negoziable.”
