“This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. Doggo was happy to be included in the vacation, and the house is also right next to the entrance to a large grassy area where doggo fetched and went to the bathroom. Very...

“Our group of 6 adults and 1 dog had a fabulous time at Chris's house. We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches. Thanks for sharing, we had a wonderful time!”

“We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. ”

The rooms were well appointed with great mattresses and pillows. We loved it do much we wanted to move in! We will be back!!”
