"Basic room, a little dated but all we needed was supplied for one night in York at a family wedding We had 4 in a room so space was tight but knew it would be! Not sure we could have done it for a week! So convenient as right In heart of the city"

"The real problem is that the spa is not working and that ’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand."
