“We had a rough start to our trip because it hadn’t been serviced when we arrived. However, Heidi got it resolved immediately. VRBO was also very helpful with instructions. Communication with Heidi all around was superb! The resort has every amenity you could want! “This is a lovely one bedroom apartment located in a quiet subdivision of Duncan. Minutes from the downtown area and close to the road leading to Cowichan Lake. The gardens are beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you want for a short stay, Keurig, milk, sugar, etc. the host was quick to respond to all our questions. Hard to ask for anything better from a host or home.”
