“Friendly and attentive staff. Angel was phenomenal when I asked questions about the neighborhood and the Downtown Redlands restaurants. The hotel room and hallways are squeaky clean, too. ”

“Very convenient to the freeway and numerous fast-food options. Large King room had a comfy dual-reclining sofa, a nice swivel rocker, and a versatile desk chair... But the bed and pillows were far too soft for our liking. The morning breakfast buffet was okay, but the powdered/reconstituted eggs were very wet and had no taste. Also, the sign at the breakfast room said that we could not take our food back to our room, which was rather inconvenient for my disabled wife and me.”

“Mari (I think that was her name) was extremely helpful and accommodating when I checked in. There was an issue with the room I was given I let her know , and she switched my room right away. The room was decent everything worked how it was supposed to.”

“The staff was friendly and attentive. Room 318 was clean and spacious. The 3 for $10 IPAs on tap to drink while my kids enjoyed the pool was nice! Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return again when we are in the area. ”

“Everything was great on Valentines day weekend. Was able to check-in early. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking was great. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time visiting Big Bear and Arrowhead. Perfect Arrowbear spot. This is my 2nd time here.”
