“The room was clean, bed was okay. The balcony view is misleading for the room we got as it looked into a group of trees. The staff was very friendly. The food was good as well as the drinks at the bar. The hot tub was very nice and hot!! The space down by the lake had chairs to sit in by the water. The only thing missing was a bonfire, the pit there was locked up not being used. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience. Would recommend and possibly go back should I be in the area again for vacation.”

“Property and room were exceptionally clean. Neighborhood is in a little bit of a sketchy area so there is a parking garage. However, staff never informed me how to park inside a parking garage so that was difficult and they were not clearly communicating. Other than that, a great stay.”

“The hotel is average. Pet friendly is the biggest plus at a reasonable rate. Close to freeway and centrally located in the Inland Empire.”

“It was really a lovely stay overall, and the price was great! The only downside was that the hotel signage stated they offered valet parking, but when we asked about it, the parking attendant explained that the sign was outdated and they have not offered valet services since 2019. Additionally, the main casino floor was extremely warm — to the point of feeling stifling — which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.”

“Just add some fresh paint to the back of the bathroom door in Rm 303. Just wasn’t up to standard with the rest of the room & property. A small issue, but based on how excellent everything else was we thought they’d want to know.”

“Staff was lovely, rooms were cleaned though they did need some airing out - just felt stuffy upon walking in. Didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as there was a power outage one evening which left us without power for one morning. Parking was great - lots a spaces. Good food options near by too! All in all a really nice stay.”

“What a nice hotel. It appears to be brand new and well maintained. It was clean and bright and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our comfy beds and the full breakfast each morning. The hotel is in the town of Big Bear, a few blocks from the "village" area. We drove, but you could probably walk. There is a nice seating area outside with firepits. We would stay again for sure.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and directly in front of our room. Staff was wonderful. AC & ceiling fan in working order. Opened the sliding glass door at night to enjoy the night air. We came with our 20 lb dog and had a $25 dog cleaning fee which was reasonable. Would happily stay here sgain.”
