“Expedia should’ve told me that this was a long stay hotel. I did not have maid service. There was no ice machine or any kind of beverage you could buy on the premises. I asked for a coffee shop because the coffee in the room did not have any kind of cream with it. They supplied nothing. They told me there was no coffee shops. I found one about a half a mile away. “So to start these bed are wall to wall like chris brown said! And second the staff wasnt helpful, the tv kept saying no signal so the tv didnt work,the bar soap was bad quality as well as the very thin toilet paper. Our toilet qas clogged the worker said come by to get one and then asked for my id and returned and said "uhh well we dont have one i dont know where it is" and then told me to just go ask houskeeping. “This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night.”
