Casa Del Mar Beach Villa is a holiday home which measures 120 sq.m. and is located on the beach of Psarou in the Ammoudi area.

The villa features three bedrooms and a private swimming pool, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double one, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor features two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each. These bedrooms share a common veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool.

The outdoor spaces feature the private swimming pool, sun beds, parasols and BBQ!

The villa is located in Gerakari, by the beach called Amboula – Psarou, one of the most beautiful locations on the North East coast of the island.

This sandy beach with clear blue water is the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing during the day. You can enjoy unspoiled nature and natural beauty of flowers and wildlife. The water is crystal clear and shallow – perfect for adults and children alike!

The area is calm, and there are traditional taverns nearby. Additionally, the popular resorts of Alykes and Alykanas are a few kilometers away and there are many bars, coffee shops, restaurants to visit and activities to participate in!
