The pool is fairly big measuring 9 metres long by 4.5 metres wide and 1.4 metres deep. The pool area is fenced to provide security and has sun-loungers, a hammock and beautiful 180-degree views of the island.

From the pool area there are a few steps to ground floor. The ground floor consists of a big lounge and dinning area. There is comfortable sitting for 15 people to relax or to dine. The 3 sofas in the living room can turn into beds for 6 extra people to sleep here. The kitchen to the side of the dinning area is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you will need to prepare a delicious meal. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a/c and a balcony facing the setting sun. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with toilet and a shower. Guests will also find an extra bedroom with a single chair bed. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as plenty of storage in the wardrobes for clothes and luggage.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and next to it there is a smaller bedroom which was designed primarily for children. The en-suite bathroom has bathtub as well a shower. Both bedrooms have immediate access to a huge veranda with patio furniture and panoramic views, overlooking the swimming pool.
