Perched on a hilltop above the Bay of Laganas, Buena Vista Villa commands some of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Zakynthos — 180 degrees of the Ionian, stretching across the entire southern coastline of the island.

This is a villa designed for those who want to slow down. Mornings begin with coffee on the veranda as the sea catches the early light. Afternoons are spent in the pool — 9 metres long, surrounded by sun loungers with nothing but open sky and sea views ahead of you. Evenings finish from the southwest-facing balcony, watching the sun drop into the Ionian.

The villa sleeps up to 15 across five bedrooms, making it ideal for a group of friends, two or three couples travelling together, or a multi-generational family gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower, and opens directly onto the large upper veranda overlooking the pool and sea.
Inside, the villa is spacious and well-equipped — a fully fitted kitchen, a generous dining area for 10, comfortable living spaces across two floors, and three bathrooms including the master en-suite. Air-conditioning throughout keeps things cool during the warmer months.

You are three minutes from the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, where loggerhead sea turtles nest on protected beaches — one of the most extraordinary wildlife experiences in Europe. The sandy beaches of the south coast, boat trips, local tavernas serving fresh seafood, and the island's famous Navagio viewpoint are all within easy reach. Yet up on the hill, the villa feels entirely removed from it all — peaceful, private, and unhurried.

A cash security deposit of €800 is mandatory to secure the booking of this apartment. This amount will be collected by the property owner or the designated check-in representative upon arrival. The full deposit will be returned at check-out, provided that a thorough inspection confirms no damages or violations of the property rules.
