This luxury sea-view property is a real coastal haven, as this ample and luxurious home combines the jaw-dropping panoramic views of the glistering Ionian sea, golden beach and the romantic breathtaking sunsets with the natural surroundings. This is an iconic home, to enjoy your holidays with your family and beloved ones, as it can comfortably welcome up to 12 guests to unwind in magical Zakynthos.

The luxury home promises all the comforts of a unique residence, set in 2.000m2 land, with a 200m2 indoor area. You can take advantage of the infinity swimming pool overlooking the Ionian deep blue sea, embellished with sun beds, lounge areas and umbrellas.

• A new outdoor shaded dining area, features an outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge & BBQ facilities (charcoal & gas), will be a haven for budding chefs and an idyllic spot to cook and cherish culinary family gatherings.
• New additional features for our younger guests, is a children's pool (with bubble features), an outdoor playground & a ping pong table.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The property lays entirely in the ground floor. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch boats drift lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. It provides five wonderful and cozy bedrooms (all featuring pool & sea views) and four bathrooms with a stunning and modern design. It can comfortably accommodate up ten guests in real beds. Two more guest can sleep in a folding bed that can be placed in one of the bedrooms & the living room sofa.

• Offering a bespoke design, next to the main building our guests will be welcomed by a luxurious Guesthouse, boasting two new bedrooms with King Size beds (1,80x2,00) & two en-suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel.
• The Guesthouse offers direct access to the pool, outdoor kitchen & BBQ facilities ideal for 12 guests to enjoy culinary wonders, as well as to the children's pool where our younger guests will definitely cherish dipping until well past bed time.

Most beautiful place with perfect service

This was one of the best vacation experiences we ever had, the Villa Cicada ist georgeous! Such a beautifull place in perfect location und perfect condition. The service was outstanding! The Host Manolis und his whole family were such nice, friendly and helpfull people! Because of this we had a perfect vacation!
