An Overview of the Sublime Retreat
A stately house in its own lush grounds with little luxuries inside and out, a bohemian sublime home with an outdoor heated pool awaits. Welcoming families and friends to a Zakynthian break in style. Classic and tasteful in style, immaculate attention to detail, just 5 minutes driving distance from Zakynthos Town & sandy beaches this is an exquisite summer retreat. With an outdoor pool that can be heated with an additional fee, cosy outdoor settings, this is a spectacular 200m2 villa, that can host up to 7 guests to unwind in its three curated bedrooms. This luxury self-catering home offers a sublime escapism throughout the seasons.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 25m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features, lounge area with signature sun-beds and outdoor toys to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Designed for endless fun, the retreat also features an outdoor playground for our younger guests for hours of entertainment. Fitness equipment is also available at the villa (including TRX, yoga mats, free weights, and loop bands) for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Enjoy!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders featuring also an indoor dinning spot. Breeze from the open-plan kitchen-diner to the lounge before heading upstairs to the bedrooms. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and one more guest can sleep in the living room sofa.
