ApartHotel a Zell am See-Kaprun

“Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Apartment, Parkplatz direkt nebendran”

“Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene”

“Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. Ort, Lift und Therme fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hervorzuheben ist der besonders zuvorkommende Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür! ”

“Amazing view – it truly doesn’t get any better. A wonderfully spacious hotel apartment where everything worked perfectly. Everything felt new, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely come again.”

“Situated right on a main road, the traffic noise made the balcony less enjoyable. The apartment was okay for the basics, but cleanliness and upkeep fell short of 4-star expectations, with signs of wear, a tired kitchen, and minor maintenance issues. The weekday breakfast was very simple and limited. Given the price, we didn't feel fully comfortable and wouldn't return.”

“Lovely well equipped apartment is a good location October skiing on the glacier. Nice pool but a bit too cold for us!”

“Beware of the slightly hidden fee!! Read this before booking! The stay was overall good. It was a very nice treat with the included summercard which allowed us to travel on all the buses and take hikes etc without extra cause. That aside I think this stay has a slightly shady ad. “Superfint boende, rekommenderar.”

“Mega tolles Hotel, sehr modern und sauber. Selbst auf den schränken und Türrahmen kein Staub. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Essen super lecker, in einem sehr schönen Restaurant. Wellnessbereich ist super gemütlich und die Sauna ist sehr schön, auch aufgüsse stehen bereit.”

“Rent og fint rom, god frokost og hyggelige ansatte. Rask tilbakemelding og god hjelp ved spørsmål.”

“Cleaning every 3 days is poor.”

“Where to start. No instructions given via Vrbo (as told via Expedia listing) on how to check in. Found the key in an envelope with my name on it, nobody to be seen. Tried contacting via Expedia to see how to check in and got an answer 12 hours later - terrible service from Expedia also. Once checked in, an elderly gentleman found us to introduce with broken English but very friendly and very polite. Wanted the city tax in cash which was no problem, but no introduction or conversation about...

“Nicely renovated apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very friendly & helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations for close by attractions. On-site free parking & the hotel has wonderful Gasthaus too.”

“Detta var femte gången vi bodde på Villa Orania, alltid lika trevligt och bra 👌”
