“Zu wenig Personal. Ich musste ewig warten, um einzuchecken. Sonstige Personal waren nett und freundlich. Schwimmbad sehr klein. Es gibt viele günstigere Alternativen, die viel besser sind.”

“Det var helt perfekt. De har super professionelle og rigtig servicemindet. De er så servicemindet, at de spurgte om hvornår det ville passe os hvornår vores hybrid bil skulle lades op. De er super hjælpsomme med alt. Hvis man gerne vil have det perfekte ophold i Kaprun uden børn. Så er det hotellet man skal bo på. Morgenmaden var et overflødighedshorn af forskellig mad. Det var simpelthen så lækkert.”
