“After a fantastic, long and relaxing journey on the Glacia Express from Chur to Zermatt, we arrived at Hotel Sarazena around 9pm. Diana had left us a nice note, apologising for not being present, but enclosed the keys to our room, and that we would deal with check-in in the morning. We entered the lift, went to the 4th floor, opened the door and were completely blown away, there it was, curtains open with a full view of the Matterhorn out the window. “We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing.
The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing.
We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number.”
