“Great for kids - beautiful poolside/hot tub area. Grills available as well as mini basketball and a very small mini golf area. Close to beach, shopping, and generally a beautiful place. Breakfast buffet was consistent and staff is wonderful. Laundry and gym convenient. A great place to stay with family.”

“I don't usually leave reviews but since I agonized over our hotel choice for Kauai, one would be useful! First off, we loved the location, it was close to the airport so we didn't have to travel far on arrival. In spite of this, we didn't hear a lot of noise from planes and the property felt peaceful. “In general, better than nothing. Apartments are under renovation: make sure you get one with wooden floor and not carpet. Bathroom had no window or outside opening: lot of humidity and smell. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom not in the living room. Refrigerator had no water, so we had to fill bottles at the swimming pool. Cleaning is only done once in a week and not very well. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
