“The facilities of the hotel are poorly located with elevators serving all floors on the one side only and amenities on the opposite sides. Restaurants served good food with exception of bread which were stale and dry at every sitting. The local wine prices are expensive more than $80 for a bottle of local Merlot. “We arrived to our room not being available due to them extending someone else's stay for a night. So, the trip did not begin well. We finally got our room at 5pm the next night. Adan in the beachside "snack" shack was the best and Cleo at the towel bar also! Both greeted us daily and made us feel welcome.
