“L'hotel è molto vecchio, moquette macchiata e stanza polverosa....Durante la colazione le attese per avere un po' di latte caldo sono state lunghe e addirittura la cameriera ci ha portato del latte proveniente da un altro tavolo, senza nemmeno preoccuparsi del fatto che l'avessimo vista. Abbiamo fatto la segnalazione immediatamente ad un collega.
