Hotel sulla spiaggia a Palm Coast

“Stayed at the hotel early June. The room was humid like a hot day in Florida, the air conditioner made a loud noise every time it kicked in, it was rattling like an ice cube maker that was dying. Bathroom door would not close. Plus the the bathroom vent did not work.”

“This was our 5th stay in this Red Roof Plus. It’s a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Free coffee in the morning but no breakfast. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and the showers are nice and clean.”

“I liked the price for what it what. The spaciousness of the room. I didn’t like how slow the staff was to check me in, the breakfast was very limited; mostly bread items.”

“The staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. I had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The first room was dirty, with an unclean bathroom and floors. The second room had a TV that didn't work, and the third room was missing a remote control. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my breakfast. While the staff did their best to help, the property needs major improvements.”

“The valet was great! We were slightly disappointed that the onsite coffee shop was only open for limited hours. Additionally, when we walked down for assistance at concierge, we did not have the best experience with the front desk staff. Be prepared, if you want to find seats at any of the pools, you will need to get in line early. Overall, the view was exceptional and it was convenient to shopping.”
