I booked a Superior King Suite, but upon arrival we were given a room with two twin beds. Since I was traveling with my significant other, this was not what we paid for. It got worse when we discovered one of the beds had dirty sheets with red stains. We reported it immediately and were moved to another room, but that room had a strong wet dog odor and was even less acceptable. With no other options available, we were moved back to the original room. My girlfriend and I had to sleep in separate beds, and I ended up sleeping on the stained sheets.
The following day, after returning from our excursions around 5 p.m., the hotel finally had the correct room ready for us. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, we lost our entire first night dealing with room changes and unacceptable conditions instead of enjoying our vacation.
Mistakes happen, but I believe some form of compensation is warranted. We didn’t receive the room we reserved, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and our first night as a couple was completely disrupted. The rest of our stay was enjoyable, but the way it started left a disappointing first impression.

I liked that they played Latin music and had singers that could sing Latin music. I like the breakfast buffet-good food and a variety.
What I would say needs to improve is that you have booked all inclusive but then you have to “fight” to get reservations for dinner times and where you want to go.. we booked our dinners the first night and twice was told-oh we are booked(they were not full at all). We went late-yes it was late(our fault) and although it was still open-it was empty and the woman said there was nothing that could be done. We walked away and luckily a supervisor saw it and got us into a restaurant right next door and discounted a bottle. That was good customer service but I would prefer you go where you want, when you want within a time.
The food was ok-the steak was good at the meat house and cooked to medium rare but the other places were well done. Which is not a big deal if you don’t expect greatness.. if you do, you would be disappointed. Wish there were more activities later after 11:00.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything.

Molto bello il posto la spiaggia e alcune barche e gite comprese nell all inclusive il cibo buono un vero paradiso romantico la nota negativa le scale dalla camera alla spiaggia tutte le volte a piedi ci voleva una macchinetta x il golf
