“The room was clean the bedrooms were quiet and the area was nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and had great service. The only thing I would change is I would open the pool up earlier in the morning, it opened at 10 and we could not use it and in the room we could not control the thermostat on our AC so we could not keep the fan running through the night. Other than that everything was great.”

“The room was pretty clean. Under the ac and in the corners was dirty. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Water didn’t drain well in shower. One of the beds squeaked and popped every time I turned or got up or down. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.”

“The lodge at Tellico was a lovely location. The grounds are landscaped & maintained beautifully. There are areas outside to enjoy and a game room inside. We would love to return . I highly recommend staying here.”

“The staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay.The view of the mountains was amazing. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the ice machines were all down during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend.”

“The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.”

“Property was clean and rooms updated. The air conditioning was not working very well. Had thermostat down to 65 and still too warm in the room”

“The staff from the front desk, dining, and maids were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was turkey sausage - a plus. No complaints.”

“Newly renovated rooms could still smell a faint new paint odor. Staff was courteous, close to restaurants, easy on and off freeway.”

“The staff was nice! Everyone greeted us everytime they saw us. The carpets in the halls were very stained. Our first room smelled (closed up and old), the curtain wouldn’t open and had stains on them, the sink wouldn’t drain. The last issue got me to ask for a new room after being told maintenance would come and didn’t appear they had. Our second room was better however you could see the walls were painted with 2 different colored paints.”
