We were encouraged to upgrade to The Level based on promises of a private beach and exclusive pools. In reality, the upgrade mainly provided a room closer to the beach and access to one additional restaurant. The beach is not private, and the pools are shared with other guests, making the upgrade feel misleading and not worth the extra...

“overall, it was a very good experience. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere.However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The drinks were not always prepared perfectly and felt a bit inconsistent. Additionally, we found the dinner options to be quite limited. We ate at the buffet most nights but unfortunately did not enjoy the food, as many dishes lacked flavor and were not very delicious.It is a wonderful resort, but the dining and beverage quality...

“Bathroom shower leaking, all of the faucet were rusted, The bed was sinking in the middle. When the bes was made the used the same sheets that were full of sand . The place looks like its falling apart ”

“Amenities are in really poor conditions, place is very difficult to find, there’s no clear signs about the name of the place and the pictures doesn’t match the reality. Inside was dusty, bathrooms were dirty and the AC wasn’t working plus you need to pay an extra fee for the electricity usage. ”

“The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.”
