“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. “Floor was wet from leaking fridge. My backpack and cloth was drenched from it”

“Called at 10 pm to tell them I would be arriving late, after midnight. They told me that they do not have a room for me. I told them I have a booking and they said it didn’t matter and that they’re all booked up. So they left me stranded and had to book a hotel for double the price on a Saturday night. However, they still charged me for my booking. Complete and utter headache and an unhelpful front desk.”

“Wow! What a great place to stay in Findlay! All the other hotels had mixed reviews, but this one was different with at a very reasonableprice, so I booked it. It definitely did not disappoint. We stayed only one night, but the place was clean, and the room was perfect. We will definitely stay here when we come back next year.”

“The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working.”

“The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. ”
