“Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.”

“Model of Detroit. A once beautiful place that has seen better days. Jacuzzi in every room but mine was broken. But still a big tub. Marble tiles but healing paint. Price was good”

“Met or exceeded every expectation. Not sure if I got some kind of super-secret deal, but this hotel delivered FAR more than I expected for the very reasonable price I paid. I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future. BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily...

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

“The only downside of the trip was that the room was supposed to have a pull out couch and it did not so one of us had to push 2 chairs together and sleep on that”

“They said they were under new ownership and renovating. Still no excuse to give us a room with no working shower and visible mold and debris littering the hallways. The property seemed very aged, very different than any photos... beds were OK, but bathroom was horrendous.”
