What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were—they made check-in smooth and were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was available. Overall, a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Advertised as a boutique hotel with continental breakfast available - it’s NOT in our experience. No breakfast available. Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask! Decor is tired, carpets stained, windows can’t be opened, air con not working ( control not fixed properly to the wall), light switch in upper hall of the coach house not working, resulting in light needing to be left on all night. Rooms in coach house...

“Everything was top tier. I”

“There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

“We requested a King bed when we made our reservation online but only got a Queen. Also, the toilet was quite low to the floor and the tank refill seemed to be running off and on all night. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.”

“This property needs perfect renovation like paint, carpet. restroom and others. Everything is good you can use it and stay but with renovation you can get more people to stay. Breakfast not good but okay just to have a cup of drink and fly away. We were 4 people not satisfied but for one night is okay”
