“Not recommended at all stay away from this place It’s very nasty and not clean”

“It was close to the expressway which was great but the expressway was loud. They provided earplugs that were helpful. Clean and no different than other IHG hotels.”

“The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems...

“We stayed one night for the Kid Cudi concert. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the yummy classic hotel menu. The room was clean but dated. The TV appeared to only have cable so we could not watch youtube or any streaming services. Also, they only provide shampoo and conditioner in the shower, so bring your own body wash unless you want to use the mini soap bar that doubles as the hand soap.”

“Breakfast was not good. Property dirty. Sticky floors in room.”

“There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.”

“Easy to find, had no trouble finding a parking space. The representative @ the desk that checked me in, his name was Tim. One of the most professional, courteous, polite, staff member I've ever been in contact with. Made the check in simple, always said thank you, & greeted me going in & out when ever I saw him. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.”

“Great everything. The ONLY thing I would improve on would be more healthier, fresh options foe breakfast. But all else was terrific!”
