Hotel a Clawson

“I chose this Comfort Inn since it is more north of Detroit, and the area is known to be better and safer. The front desk attendant asked me if I preferred a floor. As a person who does not travel often, I said it did not matter. Looking back, his question tells me there were multiple floors and rooms he could have given me. He gave me the room on the first floor closest to the exit door. Upon entering my room, the air conditioner was on, and the room was really cold. I had to turn the heat on...

“We stayed here this past weekend. The room itself was big & spacious. The front desk attendant however was pretty rude when we arrived. We are from out of town so tried to call & see if we could check in early but just got left on hold. Upon arrival (we were about 30-45 minutes early) we asked if their was any early check in and she said check in was at 4 accross the board without even checking if any rooms were ready… we then asked if we could store our bags at least and she said do we look...
