“I enjoyed my stay. Don’t book thinking it will be upscale, it has its moments but it is charming in its own way. Our view of the city was nice but the windows had water stains. However, compared to other hotel prices in the area, I’m not complaining. Don’t expect a quiet area as it is downtown so the streets are loud at night. My only issue was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and middle of the day when we were recovering from being woken up that night. Both were false alarms...

“The location was pretty remote but so was the location I was attending. There isn't a bar in the hotel nor a real restaurant.So dining and meetings need to be at other locations. Breakfast was good”

“There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

“Great hotel overall — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The only downside was kids running up and down the hallways loudly well past 10 PM. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it after complaints, which made it hard to relax and sleep. If the hotel enforced quiet hours better, this would have been a near perfect stay.”
