“We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”

“Nice but needs more activities for younger children. Parents should be allowed in the play area to do crafts. The fridge should always be stocked without asking. It was annoying having to call for things. For the price we paid the pool in the room was dirty. I had to call and ask for cleaning. Staff were 5 star, everyone was nice and helpful. Character breakfast is a must. Overall it was not a 5 star all inclusive. I would give it a 3 1/2 star. ”
