Hotel a Dixon

“Checked out a day early. Was told a manager would contact me about a refund for the day I didn’t stay. Never heard a word out of them. Still got charged.”

“The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!”

“Well first this site says rockfalls inn and suites the build says best western and then inside there sign say days inn. There rooms were ok only had about six channels”

“Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking.”

“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists.”

“Nothing fancy here, just a nice clean place to stay. Not as updated as other hotels but again, clean and comfortable. Smaller pool but it looked like kids were still having fun. Unique check in system but hey, it works. Breakfast again nothing fancy but all the basics. Would stay again.”

“I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom”

“This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.”

“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”
