“Staff was careless and when I reported the room was not clean I was told some one would go up and clean I stayed 3 days and nothing happened. The sink was clogged up for almost the entire time I was there. It was terrible”

“Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses.”

“Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes. Just a horrible hotel and the employees were so unprofessional. The room was so dirty and they couldn’t even change the sheets, when you pay $80 I think the...

“The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful.”

“Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here”

“It was clean, the staff was pleasant, and parking was good. I would prefer more lights in the hallway and security cameras on every floor, and security guard on site. Other than that, it was peaceful, nice quite atmosphere. I would stay there again.”

“I booked a Queen room well in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have any available. Instead of upgrading me for the inconvenience, they forced me to pay an extra fee for a King room. The hotel itself is incredibly old and outdated, with zero maintenance. To make matters worse, breakfast was basically non-existent: just some juice, milk, and two boxes of donuts that looked like they were bought the day before because they were completely stale and shriveled up. Save your money...
