“after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person to correct the issue. wont be coming back to this hotel. ”

“We had gone for a one night stay to go to seaworld the next day. Everything was great from the front staff help, due to the horrible storm that night, to the end. The shuttle service is amazing and one reason I continue to comeback to this hotel. Easy access and great turn around especially when you have kids it makes it more of an adventure than anything. “Great property! Quick easy check in, clean spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath villa and great amenities including spacious well maintained pool with multiple slides, lazy river with floats, playground, hiking trail, kids club, and fire pits! I would definitely stay again.”

“Property was great for the price & close to Lackland AFB. My only gripe would be the shower. Instead of a curtain you get a glass wall that it’s about half the length of the shower which allowed a lot of water to reach outside of the shower.”
