Hotel vicino a Upper Klamath Lake - Klamath Falls

“Semplice, pulito, nello stile del Best Western. Forse era un po' troppo distante dal centro, ma vicino ad un gruppo di ristoranti di buona qualità.”

“Staff were nice, my bed and towels were clean. The property was disgusting though. A homeless person slept outside of my room. Motel MINUS 6.”

“Overpriced. I booked this place because it advertised included breakfast, but it's just tea and waffles. Very misleading.”

“We arrived late at night after a 14 hour drive. The front desk stunk like smoke and bleach. A face cloth in the room was dirty with hair wrapped in it. The towels were all wrinkled. Potentially just folded and put back on the rack Hair on the sheets and pillows. And a yellow stain on the sheets. We slept with our clothes on - on top of the bedding. We were too exhausted to complain and change hotels. At the desk the next morning the clerk told us that they need to lint roll all the sheets...

“Kitchen set-up was fine. Maybe an update for the coffee instead of Folgers would be nice. The rooms were VERY clean, with a strong smell of Pine Sol in the bathroom I am immunosuppressed, so once we opened the bathroom window, the room began to air out. ”

“The hotel is showing its age but it’s clean and the location is excellent. The staff is also really nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a basic accommodation at a reasonable price, this is it.”

“My room looked nothing like the images provided. However it was still clean and had a lot of features. My only complaint was really about the bathroom. The toilet looked like the kind you find at a school with a plunger handle, and the shower head was just a head in a holder that didn't move. So I could not angle the water to my height. The sink had a hot and cold spout but the hot did not warm up, and came out over oxidized, so it was white and murky. Beds were nice, fans and swamp coolers...
