“The house we booked was wonderful with exception of an annoying pool alarm that would ring 10 minutes after the sliding glass door would open into the house and into the patio… it would be preferable to be able to override it if the pool gate was installed … the house was not equipped with a mop or broom and the number of towels per bathroom was very limited plus 2 chaises in the pool area were in disrepair”

“The house was nice but furnished very cheaply. There were 2 of us and we struggled to see how 6,8, or 10 people managed there. Pool is a plunge pool, tiny sitting area outside in uncomfortable wooden chairs. Indoor sitting poor and uncomfortable with a vinyl 2 seater sofa with a tear in cushion. No chest of drawers in some rooms, only a wardrobe so nowhere to put clothes. Ironing board was tabletop/ we complained so got a small short one. Tv upstairs on landing didn’t work. Paying £3000 was way...

“Washer machines need to be updated they were making loud noises and vibrating all over the place. Front desk hard to contact on personal phone . Use the room phone and you won’t have any issues. My room key was not working so I was locked out called front desk 3x and was disconnected. I was able to waive down security and let me in until I was able to get a new key card”
