“Perfect for the stay we needed for my family of 4. Room was well suited and spaced for my liking. Definitely impressed with the room and the location.”

“Breakfast was great for a couple of days, then it was just the basic continental breakfast. What I did not like is that you can’t take your breakfast with you. You can only have it in the dinning area.”

“El peor hotel que hemos visitado. Sábanas sucias, pésima atención, la piscina solo la abren poquitas horas, el elevador supuestamente estaba fuera de servicio. Aparte de todo me cobraron una cobija porque segun la housekeeping dijo que no estaba en la habitación (Ellos se inventaron eso para cobrarme 100$ extra). Totalmente horrible”

“Overall a nice hotel but very disappointed that I paid ahead of time for breakfast that should have been free. On the website it said there was a restaurant and breakfast was $10 per person. It was a self service breakfast with the basics and very poor quality. Nobody even asked for the ticket we were given when we checked in. I would say it was overpriced and lacked amenities.”

“The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. “There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.”

“This is a fresh of breath air in the hotel chain world. I’ve stayed at a two other properties by her chains over the past couple of months and they do not take care of their properties very well. I did forget until now there were a couple of things, the main shower head is rusty, I have a medical condition that makes me check the shower head before using. Also, the pool had some small like hair debris and the water was cold. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if the price was...
