“Great place, great location and a great staff.”

“Overall a nice hotel but very disappointed that I paid ahead of time for breakfast that should have been free. On the website it said there was a restaurant and breakfast was $10 per person. It was a self service breakfast with the basics and very poor quality. Nobody even asked for the ticket we were given when we checked in. I would say it was overpriced and lacked amenities.”

“There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.”

“The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. “Breakfast was great for a couple of days, then it was just the basic continental breakfast. What I did not like is that you can’t take your breakfast with you. You can only have it in the dinning area.”

“This whole experience was horrible. Not able to receive clean towels and having a remote control for tv and on top that no manager on duty.”

“The hospitality here is just top notch. It’s like walking into a home away from home. Forgot my toothbrush and was able to get one at the front desk in 30 seconds, with an associate who didn’t make me feel like an idiot. The onsite coffee shop - conveniently located right across from the elevator - has great coffee, specialty drinks and snacks, and has reasonable hours. Everything at the restaurant - Rohr’s - was great. I had breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!!!”

“The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
