“The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them”

“Like staying at the Madurai Baymont. Dirty, stinky, toilet wasn’t connected to the floor, shower leaked, property hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Just a total disaster. Thank god I will never have to stay in South Bend again. The bathroom was so bad my wife said “I’d rather —— in the street than use that bathroom!””

“The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, and the place smelled of smoke even though a non-smoking room. The building itself was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn & Suites. This was not one I will recommend. ”

The phone jack was broken so we had to use cell to call the desk. The whole place smelled like a damp basement and weed. “The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. “I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...
